Two things come together on this page: educational videos in which I explain the disease and the method, and stories from patients. Both serve the same purpose: that the decision is an informed one.

Stories
Patient stories
This section is still empty, and that is deliberate. An invented story has no place here.
Every photo, video and story of a patient needs written, signed consent. This is not a formality. It is a legal requirement and a matter of professional ethics. Until such consent exists, nothing appears on the page.
When the stories are added, each will carry: age, diagnosis, what troubled the patient before surgery and what changed. Full names, faces in scar photographs and contact details are never published.
Rules that are not broken
- Every item needs written, signed consent.
- A patient can withdraw consent at any time. The material is taken down immediately.
- Scar photographs only without the face.
- The result is individual. One patient story is not an indication of the outcome another patient can expect.
- Surgical video is posted separately, hidden, behind a warning screen. Never autoplay.
