What data we collect
- From the booking form: full name, phone number, city, preferred contact channel and time, and any description you choose to add.
- Technical data: browser type, device type and the pages you visited. This is collected anonymously and only after your consent.
- We do not collect and do not receive medical images, diagnoses or medical history through the site. That is exactly why file upload is not possible on the site.
Why we process it
We do not use your data for marketing mailings and we do not sell it to third parties.
- To contact you and book you in for a consultation.
- To answer your question.
- To improve how the site works, only as anonymous statistics and only after consent.
How long we keep it
After that period the data is deleted. If you become a patient, your medical records are kept at the clinic under the procedure set by law, and are no longer covered by this site policy.

Who has access
The servers are located in Europe. Data is passed to third parties only to the extent needed for the service to work.

- The form delivery service that technically delivers the message.
- The hosting provider that hosts the site.

The site works over an encrypted connection. Access to the data is restricted. No system on the internet can offer complete security, but we take reasonable measures.
