Privacy policy
This document describes what personal data we collect on this site, for what purpose, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We try to collect as little data as possible.
Who the data controller is
The data controller is Mikheil Mikeladze, orthopaedic trauma surgeon. Contact address: [email protected].
What data we collect
- From the booking form: full name, phone number, city, the day and hour you picked for the visit, preferred contact channel, and any description you choose to add.
- Technical data: browser type, device type and the pages you visited. This is collected anonymously and only after your consent.
- From conversations with the site assistant (artificial intelligence): what you write yourself, including your complaint. The conversation is kept so that the doctor can see your question before the visit and improve the assistant’s answers, and it is deleted automatically after ninety days. Please do not write to the assistant more than your question needs.
- We do not receive medical images or documents through the site: file upload is not possible. The only health information we see is what you write to the assistant yourself.
Why we process it
We do not use your data for marketing mailings and we do not sell it to third parties.
- To contact you and book you in for a consultation.
- To confirm the booking and remind you on the day of the visit: two SMS to the number you gave.
- To answer your question.
- To improve how the site works, only as anonymous statistics and only after consent.
How long we keep it
After that period the data is deleted. If you become a patient, your medical records are kept at the clinic under the procedure set by law, and are no longer covered by this site policy.

Who has access
The servers are located in Europe. Data is passed to third parties only to the extent needed for the service to work.
- The doctor and, where necessary, his administrative assistant.
- The form delivery service that technically delivers the message.
- The hosting provider that hosts the site.
- Cloudflare: on the booking page, its invisible check (Turnstile) tells people apart from automated programs. For this it processes your IP address and technical data about your browser; this check protects the form and works without separate consent. - The artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic), which prepares the assistant’s answers. Only the text of the conversation is passed to it.
Your rights
For any request write to [email protected]. We will answer within the period set by law.
- To be told what data we hold about you.
- To request correction of incorrect data.
- To request deletion of your data.
- To withdraw consent at any time.
- To complain to the personal data protection service if you believe your rights have been breached.
Security
The site works over an encrypted connection. Access to the data is restricted. No system on the internet can offer complete security, but we take reasonable measures.
